Child/Spousal Support Calculator

This calculator addresses the two categories mentioned above: child support and spousal support. This calculator provides the "numbers" for child and spousal support under Canadian federal law based on limited information provided by the user. There are many other factors not considered by this calculator that could dramatically affect child and spousal support. This calculator is intended to provide a starting point or "ballpark" for child and spousal support.

Legal Aid Ontario
 
In 1998, the Ontario government enacted the Legal Aid Services Act in which the province renewed and strengthened its commitment to legal aid. The Act established Legal Aid Ontario (LAO), an independent but publicly funded and publicly accountable non-profit corporation, to administer the province's legal aid program.
